There are several ways to stimulate the biochemical changes that boost our desire for sex. One of the most fun and easiest is to act out seductive role plays. These help us create the kinds of visual, emotional, and physical cues that trigger desire. It's important to understand though that not all scenarios are helpful to all couples; that is why it isn't a good idea to just randomly pick a couple of characters and act out a role play. For instance, if a drained woman is needing a boost to her libido, then having her act out a strip-tease will likely be more of a turn-off for her than a turn-on. Instead, couples need to tailor them to their particular needs and desires, by determining which types of scenarios work for you. Lonely Widow and Shy Handyman Another type of seductive role-play is effective for helping couples to communicate their personal likes and dislikes in a non-threatening manner. In these, one plays a very inexperienced lover, and the other takes on the role as instructor. Sex Therapist Pay attention to situations you find in movies, books, or even from your
